The hotel had beautifully furnished rooms with elegant Ottoman characteristics. the cleanliness and hygiene levels were commendable. the view from the room was stunning, with a clear sight of the Bosphorus Bridge and the European side of Istanbul. the staff were friendly, helpful, and made the stay comfortable. the location was convenient, with walking distance to nearby restaurants and cafes.

There were a few issues that affected the overall experience. the hotel lacked certain basic amenities like an iron and tea making facilities in the room.

We loved the stunning views of the Bosphorus from our spacious and elegantly furnished room. The cleanliness and attention to hygiene were exceptional. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made our stay comfortable. The breakfast, served with generous portions, was delicious and offered a nice view from the breakfast room.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, with everything we needed right on our doorstep. We could easily explore the area by walking along the Bosphorus, and the view from the hotel was simply breathtaking. The breakfast was perfect, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel provided a relaxing and secure environment. We also loved that the Beylerbeyi Palace was just around the corner.

It is conveniently close to a restaurant in the basement where you can enjoy delicious meals. The breakfast area is bright and well-lit, offering a variety of tasty options. The rooms are comfortable and clean, providing a cozy stay. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring excellent service. The view from some rooms is breathtaking, with the Bhosperhous right outside your window.

The hotel's proximity to a mosque can make it difficult to sleep with the windows open due to the noise.
